  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or mixed)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 handful of spinach or kale (optional for added greens)
  • Ice cubes (optional for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients:
    • In a blender, combine the almond milk, banana, frozen berries, chia seeds, flaxseeds, almond butter, and cinnamon. If you’re adding greens, toss them in as well.

    • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
