Home Thai Green Curry Ingredients: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons Thai green curry paste 1 can (400ml) coconut milk 1 cup chicken or tofu, cubed 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, bamboo shoots) 1 tablespoon fish sauce (or soy sauce for a vegan option) Fresh basil leaves for garnish Instructions: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add green curry paste and cook for 1 minute. Stir in coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Add chicken or tofu and mixed vegetables. Simmer until cooked through. Stir in fish sauce (or soy sauce) and garnish with fresh basil.
