The Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries and Honey is a delightful and nutritious breakfast option that combines creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
  2. Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Add the remaining yogurt over the berries.
  4. Top with granola, the remaining berries, and a drizzle of honey.
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds on top if using.
