Chili Cheese Fries with Pink Sauce

Ingredients:

  • sliced potato (You can cut the potatoes into any shape you want)
  • Coarse ground beef
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cumin
  • Black pepper
  • Green bell pepper, cut into small cubes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ground Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and let it heat up.
    • Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden.
    • Add the minced garlic and sauté for a few moments until fragrant.
    • Add the coarse ground beef and cook until it browns and is fully cooked.
    • Stir in the cumin and black pepper, mixing well.
    • Finally, add the small green bell pepper cubes and cook until the pepper is soft.
  2. Prepare the Potatoes:
    • Fry the thin potato in oil until they are golden and crispy.
    • Drain the potatoes from the oil and place them on a serving dish.
  3. Assemble the Dish:
    • Top the fried potatoes with the cooked ground beef mixture.
    • Optionally, you can drizzle pink sauce over the top, made by mixing mayonnaise with ketchup, a bit of lemon juice, and some pepper.

Notes:

  • You can garnish the dish with some fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro for added color and flavor.
