Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups oat flour
¾ cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
½ cup natural peanut butter (smooth)
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¼ cup milk (any kind)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: ½ cup dark chocolate chips or dried fruit for added energy
For the Topping:
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp crushed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan well with non-stick spray or oil.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, sift together oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
