Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granola or chopped nuts (optional, for added crunch)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Base:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
    • Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Assemble the Bark:
    • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
    • Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness.
    • Scatter the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the yogurt.
    • If using, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts on top for added texture.
  3. Freeze:
    • Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 3-4 hours, or until the yogurt is firm and completely frozen.
  4. Serve:
    • Once frozen, remove the tray from the freezer.
    • Lift the parchment paper to release the frozen yogurt bark.
    • Break the bark into pieces with your hands or a knife.
    • Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
